Sometimes we are climbing a tree. If we are in the forest, where the trees have to grow tall and straight to get the sun, then if we realize that the tree we are climbing wont get us where we want to go, switching trees just takes a little bit of courage and coordination. If you are climbing a tree in the middle of the field and realize its not taking you where you want to go, you have to climb down- revisiting all the places that you had to climb down and have to hit the ground and pick up your ladder to switch trees.
Climb the right trees.
The most important part of "Stand in holy places and be not moved" is the BE NOT MOVED. Stick it out. Work hard to stay where you know you should be.
By small and simple things are great things brought to pass- for good or for evil. The small choices are the ones that add up later.
