Red Mountain

So for any of you that I have called to vent or cry to this repeated so there. Red Mountain has been quite the adventure. The 1st three days were not-so-great but I was still ok. Then on Tuesday or Wednesday my choir teacher asked if I wanted to move up to the higher choir (witch I did) and so I went and got my schedule changed. I did not know this but because of this change I switched from 1st Lunch to 2nd Lunch. The only reason I had survived the 1st 4 days had been because I had 1st lunch with all the kids in my ward who go to Red Mountain. But now I had 2nd Lunch and knew no one. The 1st day I just kind of wandered around and then went and sat by this girl sitting alone. The 2nd day I just picked a spot and sat down but then this kid came and sat down and started talking to me about all sorts of stuff. I appreciated the gesture, but no thanks. Then on Friday I sat next to this freshman in my biology class but it was weird and awkward. Friday besides that was actually pretty good and I was able to make conversation with some people. Friday after school I went to Shelby's house and we watched Ever After. I love that movie. " AHHH! there was a bee" and "Cameron is my weakness" haha good times good times. After that I went home and had to babysit and it was then that, I don't know, it sunk in that I had no friends to sit with at lunch and I hadn't seen any of my mountain view friends besides Sydney in super duper long and I felt so lonely and alone. Well I called Sydney S and she said she was over and Sydney Y's house and that I was invited. I was still totally PMSing but I put on my Happy Shirt (Beatles) and my cowboy boots and headed over. I got out of the car and right into Sydney's arms. It was just what I needed. And then Megan gave me a huge hug and told me if I ever needed anything just to give her a call. Again, heaven sent. I was still about to cry though and there were guys there so the girls all went on a walk and I talked to Sydney Y the whole time and it was so nice. I love that girl! I ended up having a ton of fun that night ( minus tons of awkwardness with Derek) and it was just what I needed. I stayed over till 1 watching the Notebook and had so much fun. The next day I did my mountain of Homework and then went over to Sydney S's house and watched The Princess of the Thieves and hung out with Sarah and then we went to Marks house for a little bit. I really super duper want to go to Mountain Veiw! Then I went home and watched Star Trek with dad. On Sunday I sang at a fireside and finally met McKay!! Today was ok and for lunch I just went to the library and did homework witch sounds lame and it is but I got quite a bit done. I know that everything will work out and I am so grateful for Seminary, my ward friends and my insane carpool home!

My Cowboy Boots

I finally got them and the best part is that they are ligit and I didnt have to pay for them! I would also like to thank my Aunt Amy ( if you could pass that on, allie, that would be great) for looking so darn cute in her pair of cowboy boots to let my papa get me some of my own!

Ironically enough I was wareing my cowboyish outfit today anyway. Plop a hat on my and I would be too ligit to quit!

School has been quite the adventure

After Day ONE of Red Mountain High School I almost started crying and felt invisable all day.

After Day TWO of Red Mountain High School I was feeling better but still didnt really talk to anyone but seminary.

Day THREE of Red  Mountain High School was good because I talked to some people and really honestly had a pretty good day.

So here is a hopefully quick recap of the last 3 weeks:
ON monday, July 18 we woke up early and hit the road. We drove untill we got to SLC were we met Grannie-Annie and Grandad and Scott and the Village Inn by the U.

 Then on Tuesday we went to Temple Square and then went to Shannons parents house and met up with Grannie-Annie, Grandad, Scott, Chris, Amy and thier family (excuding scott of course and Allie who was at Girls Camp) and Steve and Shannon. It was so much fun to hang out with everyone and here storys and beat Mathew at pool.. kinda.

On Wednesday we went to This is the Place and then I went and hung out at Amys (Allie still wasnt there) but I had lots of fun with Mathew. Then on Thursday we drove up to Idaho and from then untill August 1st I stayed at my Grandmas house with Laura and her family and Mel and hers. We played lots of games, watched Sherlock (witch is AMAZING btw) and hung out with Keri Beck and had all sorts of fun. I also went to Roaring Springs and stayed with Val for a night and saw Captin America with Val and Lisa. I also watched Iron man with val. Good times. And Lisa took me shopping. :)

After we got back from McCall I got all packed up and on Monday morning, Aug 1st dad and I started to drive to Utah. I got to the Marriot Center 2 hours late and then started EFY!!

I loved EFY! I came alone and it was so much fun! I had tons of fun and grew alot.

My Random Update for No Apparent Reason

Heyy! Right now I am in Ontario, OR at my Grandmas house. The weather is lovely in a big way and its great to be with all my family. On the way up here we stopped in SLC for a few days with my other Grandparents. While we were there we went to Temple Square and saw Steve and Shannon and their family and Scott and Amy and Chris and their family. Allie wasnt there but it was fun to chill with Mathew. The next day we went to This is the Place Village and then went and hung out with the Randall's. Then we drove up to OR and then next day I hung out with Keri Beck. She spent the night and then the next day I spent the night at her house. On Sunday I went to 6 hours of church and skipped lunch and on Monday we had the whole family over for family home evening. I have spent lots of time playing games like Ticket to Ride and Stone Age with Melanie and Paul and lots of time talking to my aunts. I love being up here, but I have no interest in ever living here again. I love Mesa and honestly miss it. Anyway being up here is good and I have tons of pictures but cant upload them. lame. I am looking forward to Roaring Springs tomorrow and staying at Vals tomorrow night. I am also excited to go to McCall on Thursday and going to Provo on Sunday. Efy is Mon- Saturday and I am not looking forward to school the next Wednesday. I am scared and worried and am happy I don't have to worry about it right now. I cant wait for November. The weather is always lovely

Funnest thing of my life!! We went cliff jumping and got stuck in the trees and had crazy rapids and saw aa horse (random!) and went swimming and had an amazing time!!

GIRLS CAMP!!!

Ahhhhh!!!! Girls Camp was the MOST amazing EVER!!! I was a 4th year this year and so i got to hangout with all my fantastic stake buddies!! ( the 4th years don't stay with all the other levels, we do our own thing) Holy Cow it was great! hahaha it was so nice to get away to get away from the valley with all its drama and its heat and boringness! But that will so end cuz I am going up to OR/ID on MONDAY!!! I am so excited!

Day 2

Oh my gosh this was like the best day of my life!! We got up (somehow!) and got ready for the lake then we went!!

The once we got to the lake we had to do this walk down a hill with challenges and then we got on the lake and I was with megan and abbie in canoe then my papa said their was only one girl that didnt have a lifejacket so I was going to give it to he and go with him. So we went back then we helped canoes that tipped and then we went cliff jumping for the rest of the time!!! if fact by the time we were done everyone else had been done for like an hour and they had just been waiting for our group! Oops! We had way to much fun!!

So then we came back from the lake and basically chilled until that night. We had the most amazing fireside with pres Bawden (el presidente) and this girl who had brain cancer and she bore her testimony and her story and it was AMAZING! and than we had an incredible testimony meeting. then eveyone else went to get treats while I got ready for bed than went to 'lie down' Ya I TOTALLY crashed. I woke up in the exact spot that I fell asleep. I was SO tired!
